DSc (Juridical Sciences), Associate Professor
In 2017 received a DSc degree in Juridical Sciences at the Council of Ural State Law University.
He has been working at Siberian Federal University Law School since 2007, as a Professor — since 2017.
Participating in councils, work groups, projects and other boards of editors:
· A member of Dissertation Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
· A member of the editorial boards of Vestnik Sibirskogo yuridicheskogo instituta MVD Rossii (Krasnoyarsk), Yuridicheskaya nauka i pravookhranitel’naya praktika (Tyumen), Rossiysko-aziatskiy pravovoy zhurnal (Barnaul).
The sphere of scientific interests covers issues of organizing public administration and federalism, providing constitutional order, electoral system, parliament law and local self-administration.
Dr. Bezrukov has published more than 290 scientific works, 7 monographs, 15 textbooks.
