In 2011 received a DSc degree in Juridical Sciences at the Council of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Since 2013 has been working at the Law Institute.

· A member of the editorial boards of Vestnik Sibirskogo yuridicheskogo instituta MVD RF, Sotsial’no-ekonomicheskogo i gumanitarnogo zhurnala Krasnoyarskogo gosudarstvennogo agrarnogo universiteta.
The sphere of scientific interests covers forms of government аnd political regime of a modern state, election system, constitutional and law responsibility, issues of local self-administration, law status of a deputy and organization of state service, bio-jurisprudence, neuro-law.
