Dr. Anichkin has published more than 200 scientific works, including 8 monographs, 65 articles in journals, recommended by Higher Attestation Commission, and 23 articles in Web of Science and Scopus journals.
The sphere of scientific interests covers issues of constitutional development of modern Russia, forming Russian constitutional legislation of the newest period, constitutional and international law correlations.

The article substantiates the special nature and necessity of introducing constitutional and legal forecasting into legal practice. The relevance of predictive activity in the field of constitutional law is explained by the special role of the Constitution of the Russian Federation among the sources of law, the high importance and scale of constitutional and legal regulation, as well as the possibility of preventing the negative consequences of adopting laws and state decisions of a constitutional and legal nature. Constitutional and legal forecasting is understood as a scientifically substantiated assumption of the constitutional development of the country and the national constitutional law that mediates it as a whole. The specific features of the reasons, tasks, objects, requirements and directions of constitutional and legal forecasting are revealed. An overview of the sources of legal regulation of forecasting activity and proposals for their improvement is presented. It is concluded that the phenomenon under study is an independent type of industry legal forecasting.Keywords: legal forecast; futurism; constitutional and legal forecasting; planning; constitutional law
