In 1981, she graduated from the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of National Economy.
In 1991, she defended her PhD thesis at the Research Institute of Economics and Logistics of the USSR State Staff (Moscow).
In 2010, she defended her doctoral thesis in the specialty 08.00.05 "Economics and Management of the National Economy (Macroeconomics)" on the topic "Transformation of the public procurement system in the Russian economy" at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Research interests: economic institutions and institutional reforms, public administration institutions, economic activity of the state, corporate sector of the economy, institute of contractual relations, public procurement, public-private partnership.
